个人简介：

张惠民，1976年出生，男，博士，河南工业大学管理学院副教授，河南省教育厅青年骨干教师、河南省高校科技创新人才，研究方向为决策理论与方法，发表SCI收录论文十余篇。

2002年9月－2002年6月：大连理工大学管理学院工商管理硕士

2010年3月－2013年5月：上海大学管理学院管理科学与工程博士
